The Third Lecture: KLGC Law No. (1)




Introduction
     All participants are kindly asked to read and study carefully the attached Booklet of the Basic and Brief Information about KLGC after in the next page that they have to do the assignment of this lecture.



Objectives of the Third Lecture
1.     To brief the trainees about this law so that they can understand it perfectly.
2.     To inform the trainees that KLGC is not a Church of disorder or disorganization but the Church of order and punctuality.
3.     To prepare the trainees in order to act according to this law when they join KLGC during the First Testing Period of Three Weeks.






KLGC Law No. (1)
The Law of Organizing KLGC Works during the First Testing Period
Introduction
1.     Name: the name of this law is the Law of Organizing KLGC Works during the First Testing Period.
2.     KLGC: means Kingdom of the Living God Church.
3.     The First Testing Period (FTP): means the first three weeks for any KLGC new comers and during this time they must be tested; spiritually, administratively and financially in order to find out whether they will be eligible to join KLGC or not.
Chapter One: How to Join KLGC?
1.     Joining KLGC as member:
1.1.         Joining KLGC as member is only for Christians regardless to their denominations.
1.2.         Reasons for joining KLGC:
1.2.1.  To worship God.
1.2.2.  To participate in or to benefit from KLGC; programs, services and activities.
1.2.3.  To get some job opportunities in KLGC services or projects.
1.2.4.  To study in KLGC educational institutions or to benefit from KLGC chances of scholarships in the educational institutions of some of our partners.
1.3.         Conditions of membership:
1.3.1.  The applicant must be a Christian.
1.3.2.  The applicant can be a child or an adult, regardless to the age.
1.3.3.  In case the applicant is quite big, he or she must read or must be told about the basic and brief information or idea about KLGC and to accept it before joining KLGC.
1.4.         Procedures of membership:
1.4.1.  The applicant must be registered in the form of new comers.
1.4.2.  The applicant must participate in a one week training program, directly (face to face) or indirectly through our; website (www.klgchurch.org), email (info@mail.klgchurch.org) and our own social network (www.socialnetwork.klgchurch.org).
1.4.3.  The applicant must fill the registration forms after the completion of the one week training.
1.4.4.  The applicant must get KLGC ID Card for official use.
2.     Joining KLGC as Beneficiary:
2.1.         Joining KLGC as beneficiary is only for non-Christians regardless to their religious status.
2.2.         Reasons for joining KLGC:
2.2.1.  To participate in or to benefit from KLGC; programs, services and activities.
2.2.2.  To get some job opportunities in KLGC services or projects.
2.2.3.  To study in KLGC educational institutions or to benefit from KLGC chances of scholarships in the educational institutions of some of our partners.
2.3.         Conditions for being beneficiary:
2.3.1.  The applicant must be non-Christian.
2.3.2.  The applicant can be a child or an adult, regardless to the age.
2.3.3.  In case the applicant is quite big, he or she must read or must be told about the basic and brief information or idea about KLGC and to accept it before joining KLGC.
2.4.         Procedures of being beneficiary:
2.4.1.  The applicant must be registered in the form of new comers.
2.4.2.  The applicant must participate in a one day training program, directly (face to face) or indirectly through our; website (www.klgchurch.org), email (info@mail.klgchurch.org) and our own social network (www.socialnetwork.klgchurch.org).
2.4.3.  The applicant must fill the registration forms after the completion of the one week training.
2.4.4.  The applicant must get KLGC ID Card for official use.
3.     The Program of the One week Basic Training: This training will cover the following;
3.1.         General Introduction to the training.
3.2.         Presentation or explanation of KLGC Booklet of the basic and brief information about KLGC.
3.3.          Presentation or explanation of this law.
3.4.         Presentation or explanation of the sheet of KLGC weekly report.
4.     All those who will participate in the Basic Training of One Week must invite others to join this training too as follows:
4.1.         For those who will attend the training on ground, direct training, they have to invite at least three (3) persons officially from their; relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc. By using the documents of this training, regardless to their responds.
4.2.         For those who will attend the training online, through internet or social media, they have to invite at least twelve (12) persons officially from their; relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc. By using the documents of this training, regardless to their responds.

Chapter Two: Administrative Affairs
1.     The Secretariat of KLGC Personnel Affairs: it’s one of the twelve offices of KLGC and it’s the responsible office for all KLGC Personnel affairs during the First Testing Period of Three Weeks.
2.     The weekly reports during the three weeks: all KLGC Personnel must submit a weekly report. For Christians their report will be based on KLGC Seven Obligations from the Holy Bible (details of the obligations in chapter three) but for the non-Christians their report will be differently not based on the previous mentioned seven obligations. This report must be submitted during the time from Saturday’s evening to Sunday’s evening only.
3.     The topics of the weekly lectures during the three weeks: all KLGC must attend weekly training for three weeks on Saturdays (concerning the direct training) and online (concerning the indirect training) through our; website, email and social network. Below are the topics to be covered:
3.1.         The General Information about KLGC.
3.2.         The Course of the Spiritual Paracetamol Tablets.
3.3.         KLGC Law No. 2 Concerning the Second Testing Period + Other KLGC Official Documents.
4.     Assignments during the three weeks: the following are the official assignments for all KLGC Personnel during the First Testing Period of Three Weeks:
4.1.         Online Assignment through; KLGC Website (www.klgchurch.org), KLGC Official Email (info@klgchurch.org) and KLGC Social Network (www.socialnetwork.klgchurch.org). The assignment are:
4.1.1.  All KLGC Personnel must have; personal sub-domain on our website for their personal affairs + email account on our website + social network account on our website.
4.1.2.  Some KLGC Personnel who have access to internet will be assigned to manage; KLGC official website, official sub-domains, official emails, official pages and groups on our social network as admins.
4.1.3.  Some KLGC Personnel who have access to internet will be assigned to deliver or do our official; programs, services and activities online through; KLGC official website, official sub-domains, official emails, official pages and groups on our social network.
4.2.         On Ground Assignment as follows:
4.2.1.  Distribution of KLGC Publications to community members.
4.2.2.  Creation of KLGC Groups on ground by all KLGC Personnel; small group (must have 2 to 12 personnel), medium group (must have 2 small groups to 10 small groups) and big group (must have 2 medium groups to 10 mediums groups).
4.2.3.  Lunching of our; programs, services and activities on ground gradually followed by effective participation in these; programs, services and activities.
5.     Avoiding of all types of crimes as follows:
5.1.         All KLGC Personnel, Christians and non-Christians must avoid doing or being engaged in any types of crimes, inside and outside KLGC, directly and indirectly by all possible means.
5.2.         KLGC Administration must be serious enough in order to protect and prevent all KLGC Personnel from committing or being engaged in all types of crimes by all possible means.
6.     KLGC Public Order:
6.1.         All KLGC Personnel must be adhered or abided by the following directives as possible as they can; regularly, faithfully and seriously:
6.1.1.  Personal hygiene.
6.1.2.  Good outlook or good appearance.
6.1.3.  Good and respectful hair cut for males only.
6.1.4.  Good and respectful hair styles for females.
6.1.5.  Good and respectful dresses or clothing for all.
6.1.6.  Avoiding of any; gathering, sitting together, walking together and any other direct contact between males and females everywhere. Except between those who are engaged officially or couples (husbands and wives) and they must avoid any bad behaviors while or when they are in public places.
6.1.7.  Making of or having relationship between females and males is allowed by KLGC Constitution and it must be only for the purpose of honorable and blessed marriage. KLGC Administration must be informed about such relationships and it must be engaged in continuous; counseling and follow up until the time of marriage.
6.1.8.  Sex relationship or marriage between males and males is forbidden or rejected by KLGC.
6.1.9.  Sex relationship or marriage between females and females is forbidden or rejected by KLGC.
6.1.10.                Any other behaviors against humanity or against the teachings of the Holy Bible must be forbidden or rejected by KLGC.
6.2.         KLGC Administration must do its level best to direct all KLGC Personnel in order to be adhered or abided by KLGC Public Order through; monitoring, follow up, accountability, etc.
7.     All KLGC Personnel must be adhered to the following:
7.1.         Full respect to KLGC Constitution and By-Laws.
7.2.         Full respect and obedience to all KLGC Officials (those who are responsible or in power) by fulfilling all their orders and commands based on KLGC Constitution and By-Laws and related to KLGC; programs, services and activities.
7.3.         KLGC periodic administrative meetings.
7.4.         Effective participation in all KLGC; programs, services and activities according to the directives of KLGC Officials.
7.5.         Submitting of the periodic work reports according to the directives of KLGC Officials.
7.6.         Obtaining KLGC Official Documents according to the directives of KLGC Officials.
7.7.         Accepting accountability at any time according to KLGC Constitution and By-Laws.
Chapter Three: Spiritual Affairs (The Seven Obligations from the Holy Bible for all KLGC Christian Personnel)
1.     Life of Holiness (1 Peter 1: 14 – 16): all KLGC Christian Personnel must do their level best to live far from sins as possible as they can as follows:
1.1.         They must get rid from any sins that are in their lives currently/ now (Colossians 3: 1 – 13).
1.2.         Continuous prevention or protection from/ against sins in order to avoid sins from their lives (Psalms 1: 1/ James 1: 13 – 15/ 1 John 2: 15 – 16).
1.3.         Daily spiritual bath by calling the precious blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ upon themselves by faith after the confession of any sins that they might do, willingly or unwillingly (1 John 1: 5 -6).
2.     Life of Love (Romans 12: 9 – 21/ 1 Corinthians 13: 1 – 8, 13): all KLGC Christian Personnel must live a better life through:
2.1.         Having good relationships with all people, as much as possible as they can, inside and outside their communities regardless to their; sex/ gender, age, race or tribe or ethnic group, religious status, social status, occupation, etc.
2.2.         Avoiding creation of or participating in any types of conflicts inside and outside their communities.
2.3.         Doing of humanitarian or charitable works or deeds to all people, as much as possible as they can, inside and outside their communities regardless to their; sex/ gender, age, race or tribe or ethnic group, religious status, social status, occupation, etc.
3.     Life of Prayer (1 Thessalonians 5: 17): all KLGC Christian Personnel must pray as much as possible as they can as follows:
3.1.         Personal prayers everywhere (Daniel 6: 10).
3.2.         Family prayers or prayers with family members at houses (Acts 12: 11 – 12).
3.3.         Group prayers; at KLGC synagogues or at their places of worship/ church buildings (Luke 2: 36 – 38) and elsewhere in the places of their works or studies or in public places (1 Timothy 2: 8).
4.     Life of Fasting (Matthew 17: 21/ Luke 5: 33 – 35): all KLGC Christian Personnel must be encouraged and trained to fast or to have reduced meals once a week on Saturdays as follows:
4.1.         Those from 20 years old and above who are not; too or very sick persons, too old persons who are too weak physically, pregnant women and lactating mothers, they must fast by staying without food and drinks from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.
4.2.         Those from 20 years old and above who are;  too or very sick persons, too old persons who are too weak physically, pregnant women and lactating mothers, they are excluded from fasting but they must not eat and drink delicious or very good food and drinks such as; meat, fish, eggs, sweets, honey, milk, juices, soda, etc. But to have very simple and few food such as; beans, cereals, vegetables and little water only, from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.
4.3.         Those from 19 years old and bellow are excluded from fasting but they must be trained to fast by not; eating and drinking delicious or very good food and drinks such as; meat, fish, eggs, sweets, honey, milk, juices, soda, etc. But to have very simple and few food such as; beans, cereals, vegetables and little water only, from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.
4.4.         Those who are from 15 years old to 19 years old, can be allowed to fast by staying without any food and drinks from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm, if they can and want by the approval of KLGC Administration.
5.     Life by the Word of God (Psalms 1: 2 – 3/ 2 Timothy 3: 15 – 17/ James 2: 14 – 26): all KLGC Christian Personnel must live according to the word of God that is mentioned in the Holy Bible as follows:
5.1.         Reading of the Holy Bible by all individual on daily basis, excluded the illiterates (those who are unable to write and read).
5.2.         Attending the weekly Bible study organized by KLGC on Saturdays.
5.3.         Doing of all what are required, directly and indirectly, by the Holy Bible.
5.4.         Avoiding and rejecting all that are forbidden or prevented, directly and indirectly, by the Holy Bible.
6.     Life of Fellowship (Acts 2: 42 – 47/ 1 Corinthians 12: 12 – 31/ Hebrews 10: 19 – 25): all KLGC Christian Personnel must enjoy the life of continuous fellowship among themselves and with the other Christians who are not KLGC personnel as follows:
6.1.         By doing or attending the KLGC morning and evening fellowship at; houses or residential areas or places of work or places of studies or KLGC synagogues on daily basis throughout the week according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
6.2.         Those who belong to any Christian denominations that organize services or fellowship on Sundays, they will be excluded from KLGC Sundays’ Fellowship provided that they must attend the Sundays’ Fellowship with the members of their denominations.
7.     Life of Stewardship (Romans 12: 1 – 8/ 2 Corinthians 8: 1 – 15, 9: 1 – 15/ Philippians 4: 8 – 9, 15 – 20): all KLGC Christian Personnel must give themselves and contribute with their properties in order to support KLGC; faithfully, regularly and seriously as follows:
7.1.         They must dedicate 10% of day’s hours (2 hours and 40 minutes) every day for God’s affairs only as follows:
7.1.1.  One hour and twenty minutes for morning fellowship.
7.1.2.  One hour and twenty minutes for evening fellowship.
7.2.         They must dedicate some unlimited additional times for God’s work such as for; preaching non-Christians, teaching the word of God to Christians, praying for others, etc. As much as possible as they can (it’s not compulsory for all KLGC Christian Personnel but it will be compulsory for some of them).
7.3.         They must give unlimited weekly offertories on Saturdays according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
7.4.         They must give their tithes (10% from everything they will get during the First Testing Period of Three Weeks), in form of cash or kind, to KLGC as follows:
7.4.1.  For those who don’t belong to any Christian denomination, they must give all their tithes to KLGC.
7.4.2.  But those who belong to any of Christian denominations must give their tithes to KLGC once only and after that they must give their tithes to their denominations.
Chapter Four: Financial Affairs
1.     Some Basic Fees:
1.1.         KLGC Administration must avoid any unnecessary collection of money except what have been mentioned in this law and what will be mentioned in the appendixes of this law only.
1.2.         There is no any registration fee for joining KLGC because it’s free.
1.3.         Fee of the Booklet of the Basic and Brief Information about KLGC. It will differ from country to country and it will be fixed by KLGC Administration.
1.4.         Three weeks ID Cards fee (for those who need or want only).
1.5.         Fees of KLGC’S publications such as the; book of the General Information about KLGC, book of KLG group of Synagogues, book of KLG Group of Ministries, book of KLG Group of Societies, KLG Group of Companies, KLG Group of Associations, KLGC Official Certificates, etc. (for those who need and want them only). They will differ from country to country and they will be fixed by KLGC Administration.
2.     Collection of Tithes: all KLGC Christian Personnel must pay their tithes at least once during the period of the three weeks, in cash or in kind or both, according to the directives of KLGC Administration and as it was mentioned before in chapter three, article no. (7) of this law.
3.     Unfixed Offertories: the required unfixed offertories are as follows;
3.1.         Unfixed weekly offertories on Saturdays to support KLGC services (three times during the First Testing Period).
3.2.         Unfixed offertories at any time.
4.      Incentives and Services for KLGC Personnel:
4.1.         There will be unfixed financial incentives for some KLGC Personnel whom will be assigned to do some specific works according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
4.2.         Sometimes there will be some services to some KLGC Personnel such as: snacks, meals, etc. According to the directives of KLGC Administration.
5.     Keeping of KLGC Money of this Period:
5.1.         The material properties of KLGC can be kept with some KLGC Personnel at their houses in case KLGC doesn’t have office in particular area according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
5.2.          The material properties of KLGC must be kept in KLGC offices in case KLGC has offices in particular areas.
5.3.         KLGC money can be kept with some KLGC Personnel at their houses in case its small amount according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
5.4.         KLGC money must be kept in banks in case its big amount according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
6.     Withdrawal of KLGC Money of this Period: KLGC properties in form of cash or kind must be withdrawn or handled in very official ways by using official letters or checks or both, according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
7.     Using of KLGC Money of this Period: all KLGC money whether in form of cash or kind, must be used only for it’s; programs, services and activities, according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
Chapter Five: General Regulations
1.     Effectiveness of this Law: this law must be effective or must come into force from Sunday 8th. January, 2017 onward after being signed by the KLGC Founder Priest/ Knight Scopas Juma Kamonde.
2.     Amendment of this Law: this law must be amended as follows:
2.1.         The first amendment must take place during the period from 9/1/2017 to 31/1/2017 and if the amendment took place it must be effective or it must come into force from Wednesday 1st. February, 2017 onward after being signed by the highest responsible person in KLGC.
2.2.         The second amendment must take place before 31/12/2017 and if the amendment took place it must be effective or it must come into force from 1st. January, 2018 onward after being signed by the highest responsible person in KLGC.
2.3.         The routine amendments must take place before 31st. December every year and if the amendments took place it must be effective or it must come into force from 1st. January of the following year after being signed by the highest responsible person in KLGC.
2.4.         The first amendment of this law must be done by the KLGC Founder Priest/ Knight Scopas Juma Kamonde only.
2.5.         The coming amendments must be done by committees that must be formed by the highest responsible person in KLGC according to KLGC Constitution.
3.     Official Appendixes to this law:
3.1.         There must be appendixes or official attachments to this law from time to time when necessary for the following reasons:
3.1.1.  For official corrections to some mistakes.
3.1.2.  For official additions to some important issues or information.
3.1.3.  For official omissions of subtractions of some issues or information.
3.2.         The appendixes must be made as follows:
3.2.1.  The appendixes must be made according to KLGC constitution.
3.2.2.  The appendixes must be made by special committees that must be formed by the highest person in KLGC.
3.2.3.  The appendixes will be effective or it must come into force after being signed by the highest responsible person in KLGC.
4.     Special regulations for all KLGC Non-Christian Personnel: this special regulation  aims to organize the behaviors of KLGC non-Christian Personnel and it include the following:
4.1.         Administrative issues as follows:
4.1.1.  All KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must be adhered or abided by all the administrative issues mentioned in this law as well as all KLGC Christian Personnel.
4.1.2.  All KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must be adhered or abided by all the administrative issues that are or will come in the appendixes of this law as well as all KLGC Christian Personnel.
4.2.         Financial issues as follows:
4.2.1.  All KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must be adhered or abided by all the financial issues mentioned in this law as well as all KLGC Christian Personnel.
4.2.2.  All KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must be adhered or abided by all the financial issues that are or will come in the appendixes of this law as well as all KLGC Christian Personnel.
4.3.         Spiritual or religious issues as follows:
4.3.1.  All KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must respect all Christians and everything related to Christianity inside and outside KLGC and all KLGC Christian Personnel must do the same to them.
4.3.2.  All KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must accept KLGC Program of Inter- Religious Dialogue as the only positive means of interaction between them and the KLGC Christian Personnel.
4.4.         Personal behaviors as follows:
4.4.1.  All KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must avoid doing or being engaged in any types or crimes, inside or outside KLGC, directly or indirectly as well as all KLGC Christian Personnel.
4.4.2.  All KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must be adhered or abided by KLGC Public Order
4.5.         Their impacts among their families and communities: all KLGC Non-Christian Personnel must do their level best in order to direct their; family members or households, clans, tribes, ethnic groups and any other social and religious groups or organizations from their sides so that we can live together in peace and harmony in the; local, national, regional and international communities for our common interests. Moreover, Christians must do the same.
5.     Accountability: all KLGC Personnel who will violate this law or its appendixes, willingly or unwillingly, directly or indirectly, must face the following:
5.1.         Investigation through explanation letter and face to face confrontation.
5.2.         One or more of the following penalties:
5.2.1.  Giving of Letter of Blame.
5.2.2.  Giving of First Warning Letter.
5.2.3.  Giving of Second Warning Letter.
5.2.4.  Giving of Third Warning Letter.
5.2.5.  Removal from any responsibility.
5.2.6.  Financial compensation in case of misusing or wasting or stealing or casing any types of loss to KLGC Money or properties.
5.2.7.  Restrictions from doing specific things.
5.2.8.  Referral from place to place.
5.2.9.  Any other suitable penalties including; temporary suspension from services, delaying of graduation to sometimes, reputation of (FTP), etc.
5.2.10.         Handing over to the governmental courts of Judi cure in case the offenders refuse to respect KLGC Penalties.
5.3.         KLGC Administration will dismiss some of its personnel who will not accept or respect its penalties without any compromise.
6.     Graduation ceremonies:
6.1.         After the completion of the KLGC Basic Training of one week, all those who will perform well must be given Certificates of Participation.
6.2.         After the completion of the First Testing Period (FTP), all those who will perform well must be given Certificates of Completion.
6.3.         After the completion of the First Testing Period, there must be graduation ceremonies for all those who will perform well according to the directives of KLGC Administration.
6.4.         During the graduation ceremonies, all those who will perform perfectly in any fields, must be rewarded or appreciated by KLGC Administration through; Certificate of Appreciation, giving of some gifts, etc. 
7.     Shifting to the Second Testing Period:
7.1.         After the completion of the First Testing Period (FTP), all those who will perform well must be shifted to the Second Testing Period (STP).
7.2.         STP will be for three months.
7.3.         STP will have different law but similar to this one.

3.     Correction of Mistakes: if you find any mistake/s in; spelling, expressions, etc. Please mention them to help us to correct the mistakes.
4.     Subjective and Objective Amendments: if you see there is a need for some additions or subtractions concerning words or information or any other thing, please mention them provided that they must be subjective and objective and we will accept any subjective and objective amendments if they are not against God’s will and your names will be mentioned for that.
