The First Testing Period
Lecture No. (5): KLGC Law No. 2, Part One


Introduction
1.     Name: the name of this law is the Law of Organizing KLGC Works during the Second Testing Period.
2.     KLGC: means Kingdom of the Living God Church.
3.     The Second Testing Period (STP): means the three months for any KLGC new comers after the first testing period (FTP) and during this time they must be tested; spiritually, administratively and financially in order to find out whether they will be eligible to continue in KLGC or not.
Chapter One: Conditions of Joining the Second Testing Period?
1.     All KLGC Personnel must finish the FTP successfully as follows:
1.1.         Spiritually by fulfilling all the biblical requirements of the FTP successfully as it is mentioned in KLGC Law No. 1, chapter 3 and this condition is especially for KLGC Christian Personnel only.
1.2.         Administratively by fulfilling all the administrative requirements of the FTP successfully as it is mentioned in KLGC Law No. 1, chapter 2 and this condition is for all KLGC Personnel, Christians and non-Christians.
1.3.         Financially by fulfilling all the financial requirements of the FTP successfully as it is mentioned in KLGC Law No. 1, chapter 4 and this condition is for all KLGC Personnel, Christians and non-Christians.
1.4.         All KLGC Personnel must get the Certificate of Completion of the FTP and must hand over a copy of this certificate to the administration of STP.
2.     All KLGC Personnel who will pass the FTP successfully as it’s mentioned in chapter 1 article 1 of this law must be accepted to join the STP.
3.     All KLGC Personnel who will fail in any one of the; spiritual, administrative and financial requirements as it’s mentioned in chapter 1 article 1 of this law, must not be accepted to join the STP but instead they must remain in the FTP until they fulfill all the previous mentioned requirements successfully.
4.     All those who will join the STP must invite others to join KLGC One Week Basic Training as follows:
4.1.         For those who will attend the training on ground, direct training, they have to invite at least three (3) persons officially from their; relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc. By using the documents of this training, regardless to their responds.
4.2.         For those who will attend the training online, through internet or social media, they have to invite at least twelve (12) persons officially from their; relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc. By using the documents of this training, regardless to their responds.
Chapter Two: Special Services for All KLGC Personnel and for the Public As Well
1.     All KLGC Personnel from twenty (20) years and above who are idle or without any work or study, will be given job or work by joining one of the services or projects as follows:
1.1.         KLGC Administration.
1.2.         KLGC Group of Synagogues.
1.3.         KLGC Group of Ministries.
1.4.         KLGC Group of Societies.
1.5.         KLGC Group of Enterprises.
1.6.         KLGC Group of Associations.
1.7.         Being assisted in order to get jobs in some governmental and non-governmental institutions (when necessary and if possible).
2.     All KLGC Personnel from twenty (20) years and above who are working or studying or doing the both elsewhere they will be given compulsory work on rate of two hours per week for each one of them in one of the previous mentioned services or projects (in chapter 2 article 1).
3.     All KLGC Personnel who are studying and who are not studying in governmental and non-governmental institutions they will be given some special services such as:
3.1.         For children there will be; day care centers, kindergarten and pre-school.
3.2.         For the illiterates there will be a learning program for them on rate of eight hours per week.
3.3.         For those who didn’t complete their general education before university and they are not actually studying, they will be directed and assisted in order to complete their studies. Moreover, there will be special educational programs for them through the establishment of different educational institutions.
3.4.         For those who didn’t join universities or who didn’t complete their university studies, they will be assisted or supported through; financial assistants, scholarships, etc. The procedures will start during this second testing period (STP) but the implementation will start from the third testing period (TTP) onward.
3.5.         For those who are studying in different educational institutions, they will be assisted or supported as follows:
3.5.1.  Provision of hostels for them.
3.5.2.  Helping some of them financially in order to meet their school needs such as; school fees, clothing, exercise and text books, etc.
3.5.3.  Provision of libraries and bookshops for them.
3.5.4.  Organizing of special educational services for them such as; free additional lessons in evening hours or in holidays, provision of additional lessons through media, etc.
3.5.5.  Organizing of any other valuable programs for their general support such as; periodic competitions, extra tests, extra exams, entertainment programs, cultural programs, sports, etc.
3.6.         For; those who are studying in the educational level before university, under graduates and post graduates they will be trained about how to write researches in different fields in order to widen and deepen their minds or knowledge. 
3.7.         For the graduates who didn’t or can’t complete their further studies, they will be assisted to do that through scholarships. The procedures will start during this second testing period (STP) but the implementation will start from the third testing period (TTP) onward.
4.     There will be voluntary work for all KLGC Personnel children and adults on rate of eight (8) hours per month for each one.
5.     KLGC will deliver different; programs, services and activities in different fields to; its personnel, their families, their communities and to the entire public as much as possible as it can.
Chapter Three: KLGC Institutions
1.     KLGC is divided into the following institutions:
1.1.         Headquarters or the International Church.
1.2.         Twelve Regional Churches (around the world).
1.3.         National Churches in the capital cities of all countries world-wide.
1.4.         Local Churches within all countries world-wide.
2.     There are four levels for KLGC Local Churches as follows:
2.1.         Level One (L.1) under National Churches and they must have seven (7) Churches.
2.2.         Level Two (L.2) under Level One and they must have six (6) Churches.
2.3.         Level Three (L.3) under Level Two and they must have five (5) Churches.
2.4.         Level Four (L.4) under Level Three and they must have six (4) Churches.
3.     KLGC Institutions must be established online (on KLGC website) and on ground as well with minimum number of twelve (12) members.
4.     KLGC Institutions must have twelve executive offices for the:
4.1.         Chairperson.
4.2.         Secretary General.
4.3.         Secretary of Information and Public Relationship.
4.4.         Secretary of External Relations.
4.5.         Secretary of Administrative Affairs.
4.6.          Secretary of Financial Affairs.
4.7.          Secretary of KLGC Personnel Affairs.
4.8.          Secretary of Synagogues Affairs.
4.9.          Secretary of Spiritual Ministries.
4.10.     Secretary of Social Care Affairs.
4.11.     Secretary of Economic Development Affairs.
4.12.     Secretary of Capacity Building Affairs.
5.     There will be guidelines for the twelve executive offices of KLGC institutions which will contain the; programs, services and activities of each office.
6.     All KLGC institutions from the headquarters to the last level of local Churches must be headed by males, the chairpersons must be males and their deputies must be females.
7.     The portion of males and females in all the twelve offices of KLGC institutions must be 50% for males and 50% for females, six offices must be headed by males with six deputy females and six offices must be headed by females with six deputy males.
